We started because we noticed the consultants were unsupported primarily when reporting out of the hospital. We also noticed that after the setups were created, they were not supported or managed by the hospital's IT teams. People were often left to research equipment and regulations and go out and purchase off-the-shelf PCs and displays to create a workstation to report.

In our eyes, this made the home reporting system floored.

After we started to speak to consultants and gauge their current setups and environments, we noticed a trend. Everyone just wanted simple IT and an easy way to check their devices meet any regulations or guidelines.

So that became our aim. Create well-supported packages with hardware and software tailored to the reporting carried out with easy-to-access documentation and reports for displays and an easy-to-reach support team to make sure any issues that arise are sorted swiftly.
